No wager is executed or transmitted by Horse Racing Companion.
The app does not accept deposits or wagering funds, open a wagering account, hold a wagering balance or credits, connect to a betting operator, or operate a virtual bankroll. Any wagering decision and transaction occurs outside the app.
Use it responsibly
- Use the app only if you are of legal wagering age and wagering is lawful where you are.
- Set a firm entertainment budget before racing begins and never wager money needed for housing, food, healthcare, debt, or other essentials.
- Do not chase a loss, increase a limit because of a losing result, or treat pick confidence as certainty.
- Take breaks and stop if wagering stops feeling voluntary or enjoyable.
- Do not use the app if a racing authority, employer, team, ownership role, or venue rule restricts your wagering.
Every pick can lose. No outcome, profit, or betting edge is guaranteed. Pick confidence describes how clearly the available information supports the pick; it is not your chance of winning.
